A couple from Michigan fulfills their dream and moves to Florida. There, they get into an increasingly brutal dispute with a neighbor—and all because of a car repair.

At first, David Allen and Mark Tatum get along well. But then David increasingly complains to his neighbor about the maintenance of the property. In 2012, the dispute escalates.

Two families with several children between them get along famously until one of the mothers starts to dictate to the other how she should be raising her kids. Battle lines are drawn, violence flares, and blood runs in the street.

A homeowner hopes the renters who move into the house beside him will be much better behaved than the previous tenants. When he determines they're not, the stage is set for bloody conflict and a shocking act of violence that threatens to claim many lives.
