A ramshackle apartment block in a Milan suburb: brutal clashes break out between the "Misas", a group of South American immigrants, and the Italian boys of the neighbourhood.

Bea and Mahdi help Ludo deliver coke. When Ludo is fired, the three want to continue as drug mules on their own. To do so, they first have to steal the goods.

The stolen drugs wreak havoc in the block. Lorenzo is furious about it. Together with Snake, he confronts Rizzo. Bea, Mahdi and Ludo look for potential customers at a party.

While the trio is handling the first orders, Snake searches the neighbourhood for the new, unknown drug dealers. Rizzo wants to teach the Misas a lesson, but the action gets out of hand.

After Pulga's murder, a gang war is starting between the Misas and the Italians. Bea doesn't know whether to believe Victor or Mahdi. Meanwhile, Snake uncovers the trio's business.
