Lockerbie: A Search for Truth

Dr. Jim Swire and his wife Jane lose their daughter in the 1988 attack on Pan Am Flight 103. Jim does everything he can to find out who is responsible for the crime.

Jim continues to fight for truth and justice. Eventually, arrest warrants are issued for two Libyans. Now it's time to bring them to justice.

After 12 years, the Lockerbie bombing trial finally begins. As the trial progresses, however, Jim loses confidence in the evidence.

Jim is intensively involved with the convict Abdelbaset al-Megrahi. In the process, he becomes increasingly isolated from his family.

Megrahi gives up his appeal. Jim is at a complete loss and wonders if he will ever find out the truth about the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103.
