Ben reluctantly attends a fair in Frankfurt with his brother Theo, where a chance encounter with a prizefighter named Zelda leaves him smitten after she knocks him down in the ring.

After breaking into the vampire villa, the brothers find their niece frightened. Xandra hands Theo a necklace. He then identifies Branko as Agata's murderer.

Ben and Zelda roam through the dark Frankfurt night. In a bar, Ben asks for her hand in marriage. The two get married on the spot in costume. When dawn breaks, however, Ben has to return home. But as Zelda sits at the train station, she is drugged and kidnapped by Theo.
