Julian Webb is found dead in 1994 in the house he shares with his wife Dena. The evidence points to suicide, but his mother doubts it. Was he murdered by Dena?

After four years on the run, Lee Wyatt, Dena's first husband, realizes that he has become a victim of her manipulations. Nevertheless, the police is unable to charge Dena.

Dena marries Richard Thompson in 1998. Although she manipulates him and eventually tries to beat him to death with a baseball bat, he hesitates to report her.
