Django

After the American Civil War, John, a black man, and Sarah, a young midwife, found the town of "New Babylon" in Texas. Here, all citizens should live freely and equally.

After Sarah discovers an oil source, she wants to visit a banker in Elmdale together with John. Elizabeth plans an attack on the two, but Django comes to their aid.

Django rides with John and his sons Phillip and Kevin to Nagadoches to buy a rig for oil production. Again Elizabeth gets in their way with her men

Oil production has begun in New Babylon. While Seymour is held captive, Elizabeth demands her land back from John.

Django uses a trick to find out if Seymour is a traitor: he is supposed to accompany a fictitious oil delivery to the north, while another delivery is taking place to the south.
