Everybody Hates Chris

Rochelle decides to host a neighborhood watch meeting after Julius' truck is stolen, but her good intentions quickly turn competitive when her new neighbor, Louise, thinks she'd make a better block captain than Rochelle.

Hoping to make a better life for himself at Corleone Junior High, Chris throws his hat in the ring for Class President and asks Greg to be his running mate.

After failing to make an impression at the town hall meeting, Chris realizes that he needs to deliver the best campaign speech of all time if he's going to win the election for class president, but when his opponent, Caruso, steals his speech, Chris is driven to extreme measures.

After Chris accidentally misleads the neighborhood into thinking he and Tasha are dating, Rochelle gets quite an earful from Tasha's grandmother, Louise.

Chris is honored when Doc finally entrusts him with watching the cash register, but the situation goes from good to really bad when Chris is robbed by the neighborhood's notorious repeat-offender, Malvo.

After Chris tests poorly on a standard exam, his teacher, Ms. Morello, refers him to the school's guidance counselor, Mr. Abbott.

Caruso relinquishes his role as school bully after getting bullied himself. However, without Caruso to establish the school's power hierarchy and with everyone vying to fill his shoes, Chris and Greg realize they'd better come up with a fast solution.

Things take a literal turn for the worse when a license-less Chris volunteers to move his dad's car, but finds himself driving the car all the way to school as a result of trying to impress Tasha.

As a result of their apartment being broken into, Julius and Rochelle decide it's a good idea to get a dog, something Chris has always wanted.

When Chris' entire family comes down with the flu, Rochelle and Julius make arrangements for Mr. Omar to look after Chris until the family recovers.

As a first-time high school student, Chris is really looking forward to attending a school with some diversity.

Chris agrees to help a classmate, Angel improve his grades if Angel will help him get the attention of Chris' latest crush, Maria. Rochelle reluctantly befriends an ex-con, Peaches who has moved back into the neighborhood, but her good deed backfires when Peaches won't leave her alone.

Chris is on cloud nine when a cute girl, Jenise Huckstable, invites him to the Tattaglia Homecoming Dance. However, his nerves take a turn for the worse when Jenise tells him that her father, Dr. Clint Huxtable, wants Chris to come over to the house to meet him before the dance.

When Julius and Rochelle decide to raise Mr. Omar's rent, Mr. Omar demands they bring the apartment up to code and moves in with Chris' family until the repairs are done. While staying with the family, Mr. Omar starts playing blackjack with Drew and Tonya.

Chris realizes that by helping the school's star running back and his friends with homework he is allowed to hang out with the cool kids. Greg tries to make him see that it's a bad idea, but Chris is too happy with his new friends to realize the downside until he fails his own quarterly exam.
