Jeffrey Dahmer: Killer Cannibal

Dahmer is convicted of sexual assault. A year later, he is out again and settles into the infamous apartment No. 213: Here he tastes human flesh for the first time.

A phone call from his mother escalates Dahmer's murderousness further. Meanwhile, his neighbors notice the smell of dead bodies. But despite the many deaths, the police cannot discern a pattern.

One victim escapes and concerned witnesses raise the alarm. But Dahmer convinces the police that it was just a "lovers' quarrel." Then he plans to create zombies.
